Airdog Evaporative Mist-Free Humidifier

Airdog Evaporative Mist-Free Humidifier

My name is Christopher Olivia, a home product designer. For work reasons, I am always testing products in my home. For example, there are now seven humidifiers in my apartment. However, the Airdog Evaporative Humidifier is the one I actually use, while the other six humidifiers were left in my garage after the test.

Let me explain why I love this humidifier so much.

Humidifier Categories

There are five types of humidifiers on the market. I will explain them in the simplest way.

1: Central humidifier: plugs directly into your central air conditioner. It's very expensive.

2: Evaporator humidifiers: Use fans to blow out the water vapor.

3: Impeller humidifiers: Use rotating plates to shake out the steam.

4: Steam humidifiers: Boil out the steam.

5: Ultrasonic humidifiers: Use ultrasound to produce steam.

How to choose among these types?

First, if you are super rich, just choose central humidifier, it has the best effect. Otherwise, you should think about choosing a cool-mist humidifier versus a hot-mist humidifier. Cool-mist humidifiers are safer and healthier (can relieve cold symptoms), while hot-mist humidifiers don't spread germs in water and don't need frequent cleaning.

I have children in the house, so I need to choose cool mist humidifiers, which include ultrasonic humidifiers and evaporator humidifiers. Typically, ultrasonic humidifiers are quieter and smaller, while evaporation humidifiers contain more water and have a filter to prevent the spread of most germs.

Airdog Evaporative Humidifier - Breaking the Conventional Rules

As an evaporative humidifier, the Airdog uses new technology to prevent all of their shortcomings.

1: Spreading the pollution in the water to the air?

- Powerful filter to prevent it.

A big issue with cool mist humidifiers is that the contaminants in the water will spread to the air without heating. Airdog uses new filter technology to prevent this. However, you still need to clean the filter once a week.

2: Too much humidity in the air?

- Smart mode helps to control the right humidity level.

Too much humidity is also bad for your health, evaporative humidifiers have a big problem with putting too much steam in the air. However, Airdog uses a smart mode to control the fan level according to the humidity in the room.

3: Not convenient to use?

- Only changing the water and washing the filter once a week.

Many people say that evaporative humidifiers aren't for lazy people. They require frequent cleaning and water changes. However, Airdog uses a large water reservoir and excellent filter design to solve this problem. You only need to change the water and clean the filter once a week, and you can do these two things at the same time, which is very time-saving and convenient.

4: Small area?

- Nanoscale evaporation humidification helps steam travel further.

Unlike other humidifiers, Airdog's evaporation humidification doesn't produce mist. Its nanoscale evaporative humidification breaks the water down into invisible, extremely small pieces. This allows the water to float further and the humidification can cover a large area of 367ft². If you live in an apartment, one unit can cover your entire home.

In conclusion, Airdog Evaporative Humidification overcomes most of the shortcomings of evaporative humidification, making it the best choice for you.
